个人简介
常志旺,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,四川省海外高层次留学人才。英国 University of Bristol 博士后(合作导师:Dr. Katsuichiro Goda),哈尔滨工业大学工学博士(导师:谢礼立 院士)。2014年12月受哈尔滨工业大学“优秀博士生国际交流计划”资助,赴美国 California Institute of Technology 进行短期访问交流。现任中国地震学会基础设施防震减灾青年委员会委员、中国土木工程学会土力学及岩土工程分会会员。分别在《Computer-Aided Civil and Infrastructure Engineering》、《Earthquake Engineering and Structural Dynamics》、《Bulletin of Earthquake Engineering》、《Bulletin of the Seismological Society of America》、《Journal of Earthquake Engineering》等国际高水平期刊上发表SCI学术论文数十篇。
