张明军，男，汉族，1974年2月出生，甘肃宁县人。现任西北师范大学地理与环境科学学院院长。曾主持和参加国家自然科学基金项目、霍英东教育基金项目、国家重点基础研究发展计划（973）项目和中国科学院知识创新工程重要方向项目等10余项，在《JournalofGeophysicalResearch》《TellusB》《WaterResourcesResearch》《JournalofHydrometeorology》《JournalofHydrology》《ColdRegionsScienceandTechnology》《EnvironmentalScienceandPollutionResearch》《QuaternaryInternational》《TheoreticalandAppliedClimatology》《EnvironmentalEarthSciences》《AntarcticScience》《JournalofGeographicalSciences》《科学通报》《自然科学进展》《地理学报》《地质学报》《生态学报》《地学前缘》《地理科学》《地理研究》等国内外刊物上发表学术论文250余篇，其中SCI检索论文50余篇。先后入选陇原青年创新人才扶持计划、甘肃省领军人才、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划和甘肃省高校“飞天学者”特聘教授，获得第十五届甘肃高校青年教师成才奖、首届全国优秀地理科技工作者称号和第十六届甘肃青年五四奖章。 个人履历： 学习经历： 1993年9月-1997年7月，在西北师范大学地理系学习，获理学学士学位； 1997年9月-2000年7月，在中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所学习，获理学硕士学位； 2000年9月-2004年3月，在中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所学习，获理学博士学位。 工作经历： 2003年7月-2004年7月，西北师范大学地理与环境科学学院，教师； 2004年7月-2009年7月，西北师范大学地理与环境科学学院，副教授； 2005年8月-2008年5月，西北师范大学地理与环境科学学院，自然地理实验室主任； 2005年11月-2009年7月，西北师范大学地理与环境科学学院，地理系主任； 2008年5月-2016年12月，西北师范大学地理与环境科学学院，副院长； 2009年7月-至今，西北师范大学地理与环境科学学院，教授； 2010年7月-至今，西北师范大学地理与环境科学学院，博士生导师； 2016年12月-至今，西北师范大学地理与环境科学学院，院长。
