教育背景及主要工作经历 教育背景: 1.1998.9-2002.6就读于西北师范大学数学与信息科学学院，顺利毕业并获数学与应用数学专业学士学位； 2.2002.9-2005.6就读于西北师范大学物理与电子工程学院，顺利毕业并获得应用数学专业硕士学位； 3.2007.9-2011.6攻读西北师范大学物理与电子工程学院原子分子物理专业博士学位，顺利毕业并获得原子分子物理专业博士学位； 主要工作经历: 2005.7-现在，留校任教于物理与电子工程学院。
个人荣誉 1.2007年西北师范大学教学质量优秀教师奖； 2.2007年西北师范大学“优秀班主任”称号； 3.2008年西北师范大学教学质量优秀教师奖； 4.2012年西北师范大学青年教师教学技能大赛二等奖； 5.2016年西北师范大学第二届青年教师教学科研“双星”计划入选教师。 教学工作 本科教学： 主要承担本院各专业本科生的线性代数、高等数学、复变函数、概率论与数理统计等数学类基础课程的教学工作，并讲授全校通识类大学科综合课程：数学的智慧与乐趣。 2009年度甘肃省省级精品课程“高等数学II”，主讲教师。 2014年度西北师范大学校级精品课程“概率论与数理统计”，课程负责人。 2015年度西北师范大学校级精品课程“数学的智慧与乐趣”，课程负责人。 2016年度西北师范大学校级精品资源共享课程“数学的智慧与乐趣”，课程负责人。 研究生教学： 主要承担本院理论物理和等离子体专业硕士研究生的数学类基础课程：物理学中的非线性方程的教学工作。 科研项目 1.2010年西北师范大学青年教师科研能力提升计划项目，尘埃等离子体中非线性波动过程的研究(NWNU-LKQN-10-25)； 2.2012年国家自然科学基金项目，多种粒子分布状态对复杂等离子体非线性波动行为的影响机制研究(11205124)。 获奖情况 1.2006年甘肃省高校科技进步一等奖：摄动方法在求解复杂物理问题中的应用（段文山，石玉仁，林麦麦，洪学仁，豆福全，孙建安，林长，吕克璞） 2.2008年甘肃省高校科技进步二等奖：多组份尘埃等离子体及其相关系统的非线性研究（段文山，林麦麦，石玉仁，洪学仁，豆福全，孙建安） 3.2010年甘肃省高校科技进步二等奖：高维系统中多粒子体系相互作用研究（段文山，石玉仁，林麦麦，洪学仁，豆福全，孙建安） 4.2010年甘肃省科技进步二等奖：基于摄动方法的复杂系统中非线性行为的研究（段文山，石玉仁，林麦麦，洪学仁） 5.2014年甘肃省科技进步二等奖：多粒子系统中若干非线性物理问题的研究（段文山，豆福全，韩娟芳，石玉仁，杨阳，林麦麦，洪学仁，王苍龙，李作平，孙建安）
