(1)绿色有机合成化学研究:致力于利用绿色试剂实现重要的有机反应,以彻底避免传统使用有毒有害试剂所带来的弊端;实现有机化学反应溶剂的绿色化,以彻底避免使用易挥发有机溶剂带来的环境污染。(2)绿色催化有机反应研究:致力于高活性高选择性催化剂的设计合成,并将其应用于重要有机化学反应,特别是应用于具有重要工业应用背景的有机化学反应,以避免传统催化剂难以分离所引起的环境污染问题。(3)活性杂环化合物的合成研究:利用现代合成技术和手段,设计合成具有生物活性的新型杂环化合物,建立活性化合物库。(4)有机功能材料研究:致力于设计合成各种新型的有机功能材料,研究它们的各种性能,并开发它们的应用。
