个人简介

个人简介 李檀平本科毕业于兰州大学物理系,于美国俄亥俄州立大学获得生物物理博士学位,并在路易斯安娜州立大学做博士后研究。2017年加入物理与光电工程学院激光技术系。在JACS,JCTC,JCP,PCCP,JPCB等国际著名期刊上以第一或通讯作者发表多篇论文。目前主持国家自然基金面上项目(2020-2023),陕西省自然基金面上项目(2019),医疗数据处理横向项目,本课题组经费充裕,研究范围广泛,现有青年教师和学生各一名,热忱欢迎有志科研者加入!

研究领域

飞秒激光研究生物分子动力学及功能

飞秒激光技术被广泛用于微观体系分子动力学及相互作用等物理特性的研究,从而揭示其内在分子机制。在蛋白质中,荧光分子受到光激发后,发射荧光,体系随时间的演化是一个非平衡态的过程。通过对荧光Stokes位移的测量,其弛豫有效反映了人们用直接手段难以探测到的特性:蛋白质平衡态的涨落及动力学特性。因此,荧光光谱和体系平衡态涨落之间的关联一直是飞秒激光在蛋白质动力学应用中的重要课题。本课题组旨在揭示Stokes位移和蛋白质平衡态动力学之间的关系,探索荧光光谱弛豫的内在机制,进而理解蛋白质的自然涨落对其非平衡态动力学的驱动模式,实现人们对蛋白质动力学物理本质的认识提高。在此课题上,已在JACS,JCTC,JCP,JCPB等国际主流期刊上发表系列文章,并获得国家自然基金面上项目支持。
