博士（清华大学） 硕士（中国科技大学） 学士（西南师范大学） 担任北京紫光英力化工技术有限公司等多家公司董事长、总经理。中国辐射固化协会副理事长兼技术委员会主任，第六、七届北京海淀区政协委员。 曾获全国十大青年化学奖，多次获得国家级、北京市、重庆市科技进步奖、北京国际发明展金奖，第三届全国百名优秀科技工作者奖。
