病原细菌分子致病机制:①细菌三型分泌系统(T3SS)表达与其他平行系统的交互调控分子机制;②探索细菌毒力蛋白的分泌调控及其作用机制。 新型抗感染治疗研究(非抗生素):①小分子化合物抑制/拮抗病原菌毒力的筛选及其分子机制;②肠道菌群及其代谢产物(后生元)的益生抗菌作用机制。
