研究领域

1. 新型光电材料的微观结构缺陷对器件性能的作用机理。 通过有针对性地运用一系列先进电子显微镜技术,对新型光电材料器件中缺陷进行了系统而深入地研究,从而建立起了一套通过改善薄膜材料微观结构,以提高光电材料器件(太阳能电池,半导体发光器件,光电探测器)性能的研究方法。 2. 钙钛矿太阳能电池及钙钛矿/硅叠层太阳能电池产业化技术的开发。 通过将宽禁带的钙钛矿太阳能电池叠加在窄禁带的硅太阳能电池之上,形成叠层电池,可以将硅电池的理论转化效率从29 %提升到42.5 %,目前国际最高效率已突破29.5%。
