个人简介
学习经历 2000 年 09 月 - 2004 年 07 月,就读于山东大学物理学院物理学基地班,获学士学位。 2004 年 09 月 - 2009 年 07 月,在中国科学院物理研究所攻读软物质物理与生物物理专业,获博士学位。 工作经历与任职情况 2009 年 07 月 - 2010 年 03 月,任职于国家知识产权局,担任专利审查员。 2010 年 03 月 - 2015 年 10 月,在新加坡 - MIT 联合科研中心生物系统与微观力学实验室担任研究科学家。 2015 年 11 月 - 2020 年 8 月,担任武汉大学生命科学学院、武汉大学高等研究院研究员、博士生导师。 2020 年 9 月 - 至今,担任武汉大学生命科学学院教授、博士生导师。
研究领域
使用单分子磁镊技术和单分子FRET技术,揭示RNA、DNA、蛋白质等生物大分子的动态结构及其相互作用。通过结构生物信息学方法,探索生物大分子的结构动态和功能机制。我们还发展了DNA力学探针,用于临床场景的分子检测和单分子细胞力学检测。当前的研究重点包括DNA甲基化、单分子检测技术、核小体和染色质的动态调控。
