个人简介

学习经历 1989.09 - 1993.06,于湖北大学化学系攻读本科,专业为化学教育。 2000.09 - 2005.12,在武汉大学化学院攻读博士,专业为有机化学。 工作经历 1993.06 - 2000.05,担任湖北省沙市一中高中教师。 2005.12 - 2007.11,在武汉大学药学院任讲师。 2007.11 - 2023.11,于武汉大学药学院任副教授。 2023.11 - 至今,担任武汉大学药学院教授。 2009.5 - 2011.5,在斯坦福大学医学院从事博士后研究,研究方向为抗肝癌药物的合成及肿瘤的早期检测(成像研究) 。

研究领域

1. 以疾病相关的生物标志物为靶标,设计并合成可与这些靶标特异性反应的荧光探针用于疾病的诊断。相关工作曾为美国化学学会(ACS)旗下的新闻周刊C&EN (Chemical & Engineering News)专题报道。 2. 由疾病相关生物标志物诱发的集疾病治疗与诊断为一体的荧光诊疗探针的研究。
