研究领域

1.基于基因组信息挖掘微生物天然产物及其生物合成基因簇资源; 2.微生物天然产物生物合成基因簇克隆、编辑、异源表达技术平台的搭建; 3.分子水平上解答微生物天然产物生物合成中的关键问题,并利用合成生物学技术编辑其生物合成路径实现活性药物分子的高产或创新。
