研究领域

主要从事神经系统离子通道病的发病机制和防治研究,利用生物信息学、分子生物学、神经电生理等技术平台,揭示KCNQ、Kv1.3等离子通道与癫痫、多发性硬化症等神经系统疾病发生、发展的关系,并结合分子流行病学及临床研究,发现针对癫痫、多发性硬化症等神经系统离子通道病的新机制、新靶标。同时,针对新发现的离子通道药物靶标开展药物研发,基于我国特有动物多肽毒素资源,筛选、鉴定特异性作用于疾病相关膜通道及受体的多肽毒素,进一步开发新的具有自主知识产权及重要药用前景的多肽毒素。
