同济大学医学院硕士研究生导师。以第一或者通讯作者共发表SCI论文7篇，其中中科院1区的3篇，累计影响因子40。合著英文专著1本。作为项目负责人主持科研项目4项，包括国家自然科学基金项目1项，上海市母胎重点实验室开放课题1项和校局级项目2项。曾在国外分子知名分子生物实验室参与研发，参与研发构建150万人的遗传基因数据库。长期从事第二代测序及分子诊断，分析了超过5000例的遗传罕见病基因测序数据。首次解析了环境微塑料污染对于胎盘及胎儿的毒性分子机制，成果表与环境健康领域中科院1区Science of The Total Environment（IF=9.8）杂志上。
