研究领域

新颖合成方法学及协同催化机制研究:围绕手性化合物的高效构建,探索有机小分子催化(Organocatalysis)的成键新模式及仿生催化新机制,研究侧重于氮杂环卡宾(N-Heterocyclic carbene)以及有机小分子光敏剂(Photosensitizer)两类体系,以催化剂骨架新设计、催化新机制探索,实现挑战性成键,特别是不对称成键的反应历程。借助过渡金属催化(Transition Metal Catalysis),实现基于惰性键活化的远程不对称官能团化,侧重于新颖氮杂环卡宾配体设计及应用。依托于酶定向进化技术,基于酶催化(Enzymatic Catalysis)突破化学成键模型中的阈值上限,侧重于探索自由基反应的不对称模板。以基础研究的创新为索引及支撑,结合药物化学方向的经验积累,结合人工智能辅助药物设计方案,有的放矢对潜药分子骨架进行特异性修饰及成库建设,藉由与各学科的交叉融合,联动生物医药创制的产学研合作链条。
