2009年毕业于南京大学城市与区域规划专业，获博士学位。苏州科技大学建筑与城市规划学院副教授、国家注册城乡规划师,现任城乡规划系副主任、城乡规划技术实验室负责人，兼任中国地理学会城市地理专业委员会委员。曾获苏州科技大学优秀青年骨干教师，青年教师寒山教育奖，甘肃省挂职优秀博士等荣誉。
