2004年吉林大学电子信息工程专业毕业，获得学士学位；2007年同济大学通信工程专业毕业，获得硕士学位；2012年英国爱丁堡大学通信工程专业毕业，获得博士学位。

2013年入选江苏省双创计划（双创博士），2015年获评校优秀教师，2018年获评交行奖教金，目前担任江苏省计算机学会计算机与通信专委会委员
