2003年毕业于清华大学数学科学系基础数学专业，获博士学位。同年，至苏州科技学院工作至今,期间赴Indiana大学访问一年。曾获得江苏省“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人、优秀青年骨干教师、寒山奖、学生心目中的好老师等奖项

主要研究方向为复动力系统和微分、差分方程。复动力系统、微分、差分方程理论与浑沌理论、分歧理论及分形几何等领域有着紧密的联系，广泛应用于物理，随机矩阵模型和各类统计学现象
