王莉，副教授，博士，研究方向：运筹学与控制论。自2006年8月至今发表学术论文11篇，其中第一作者9篇，被SCI收录2篇，EI收录2篇，核心期刊1篇。主持国家自然科学基金专项基金——数学天元基金1项（已结题）；主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项（在研）。参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项（排名第6）；参与国家自然科学基金青年科学基金2项（排名第2）；参与国家自然科学基金专项基金——数学天元基金1项（排名第2）。

矩阵优化，变分不等式

目前研究课题： （1）运用微分方程方法求解变分不等式； （2）用梯度流方法求解优化问题。 对于研究课题（2），目前此项工作很少，是一个非常值得研究的方向。
