刘敏霞，女。1985年1月生，河北省石家庄市人。林学院水保系教师，博士。

主要讲授《环境水利学》等课程。主要研究方向：水体中持久性有毒污染（包括重金属、多环芳烃、多氯联苯、有机氯农药和多溴联苯醚）的分布特征、来源及风险评价。
