生于1962年10月，山西闻喜人，博士, 教授，硕士生导师，数学与统计学院副院长。1984年毕业于山西大学数学系获理学学士学位，1998年获山西大学理学硕士学位，2001年赴比利时蒙斯大学留学，并于2005获博士学位。2009年起被聘为山西大学与山西师范大学硕士生导师，现为山西省数学会会员。
