1988年获华东化工学院(现华东理工大学)生物化学专业理学学士学位;1991年获华东理工大学生物化工专业工学硕士学位;毕业后留校任教,期间曾在香港城市大学生物及化学系开展研究工作。现任华东理工大学生物反应器工程国家重点实验室教授,博士生导师,动物细胞与组织工程研究室副主任
研究领域
一直从事动物细胞培养技术研究及其在干细胞体外培养和人体组织体外构建中的应用,研究工作聚焦于动物细胞体外培养的无血清培养基研制、基于代谢工程的动物细胞大规模无血清高密度悬浮培养技术、采用生物反应器及微载体细胞培养体系生产病毒疫苗、干细胞体外规模化扩增和定向诱导分化、工程化人体组织体外构建新技术及生物反应器研制
