研究领域

从事丝状真菌的遗传改造及真菌合成生物学相关的研究,拥有较好的真菌操作和分子生物学实验经验。首次完成丝状真菌光控系统的开发,为合成生物学和转录调控提供新型操纵元件;首次开发光诱导的丝状真菌可擦写的筛选标记系统,为复杂的多步的的基因操作,以及开发无标记的菌株提供了高效的使能技术;首次在丝状真菌中开发TALEN系统,丰富了真菌的操作工具;首次解析丝状真菌里氏木霉中锰调控纤维素酶表达机制
