个人简介

曾在医药企业工作多年,主要从事抗生素发酵,生物、生化药物的生产与管理,以及药物的研发工作。现为华东理工大学生物工程学院以及生物反应器工程国家重点实验室工作人员,其间于2012年8月赴美国佐治亚理工化学与生物分子工程学院进行为期一年的访问交流。主要从事生物技术药物领域的研发和相关技术研究工作,着力于生物技术的工业化应用。承担和参与了多项科技部“863”项目、国家自然科学基金项目,科研成果获得多次上海市和国家级奖励,多项科研成果实现了产业化转化。

研究领域

代谢工程:微生物代谢过程分析、调控及育种。应用于基因工程蛋白药物的制备与研发以及其它生物技术药物的发酵制备过程研究。 生物催化与转化:微生物新功能酶源的筛选和性能研究;生物催化反应的工业化应用
