一直从事药物晶体工程技术研究,提出应用机器学习和数据挖掘技术,寻找与药物固体形态有内禀关系的分子描述符,归纳获得不同描述符对各种固体形态产生的影响规律,并提高新化合物预测效率,指导实验研究;将外源物理场引入药物固体形态的发现过程中,以全面获得药物的潜在固体形态;提出相变前超分子组装调控以及晶核微环境的控制理念,结合过程分析技术,开发特定固体形态药物的新工艺及产业化应用
