工作经历 2002/03-2005/06,华东理工大学生物工程学院博士研究生,师从张元兴教授,期间主要从事重要海洋病原鳗弧菌的毒力基因研究,主要参与了国家863计划项目“海洋鳗弧菌减毒活菌疫苗的研制”(2003AA622020),获工学博士学位。 2005/07-2007/06,华东理工大学生物工程学院,讲师,期间主要从事重要海洋病原溶藻弧菌的毒力机制研究,主要参与了国家自然科学基金项目“海洋溶藻弧菌群体感应功能基因鉴定及致病相关性研究”(30571435)。 2007/07-2012/06,华东理工大学生物工程学院,副教授,硕士生导师,2010年破格晋升为博士生导师。期间主要从事重要鱼类多效价载体疫苗的分子设计,主持了国家863计划“鱼类疫苗导入系统研究及多效价载体疫苗开发”等多项课题。 2011/03-20011/09,美国亚利桑那州立大学疫苗研究中心,访问学者,在美国科学院院士Roy Curtiss III教授实验室开展细菌疫苗免疫保护机制研究。与Roy Curtiss III教授建立科研合作关系,Roy Curtiss III教授同年受聘为华东理工大学荣誉教授。 2012/07-至今,华东理工大学生物工程学院,教授,博士生导师,期间主要从事重要海洋病原细菌的致病机理研究及疫苗开发,参与了国家863计划“迟钝爱德华氏菌活疫苗的应用研究和产业化开发”等多项课题,在细菌感染机制及疫苗开发方面取得突破性进展。 2014/12-2015/01,美国密西根州立大学医学院,访问学者,在感染与免疫研究领域国际权威专家Gabriel Núñez教授实验室开展细菌调控宿主炎症小体通路的研究,与对方实验室建立了科研合作
