饶钦雄，男，硕士，产地环境科室主任，2007年硕士于中国农业大学基础兽医学专业毕业后，进入上海市农业科学院农产品质量标准与检测技术研究所工作至今， 2014年曾作为访问学者于英国AFBI（Agri-food and Biosciences Instiute）学习3个月，入职以来主要从事农产品质量安全检测技术和风险评估研究。

研究成果：主持并完成农业农村部风险评估专项、上海科委技术标准、上海市农委青年人才成长计划、上海技术贸易壁垒等项目4项，协助主持完成上海农委重点攻关项目1项，完成农业行业检测技术标准制定1项，主笔在《Journal of Hazardous Materials》《Food Control》、《Journal of Chromatography B》、《色谱》、《分析化学》等国内外杂志上发表论文23篇，获得授权专利2项。
