教育背景： 悉尼大学哲学博士
主持教育部人文社科青年项目《社会情绪对羊群行为的影响研究》、上海市政府决策咨询课题《城市“空巢青年”现象及社会服务需求调研》等省部级课题，并在国内外权威期刊发表10余篇论文，包括Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources, the International Journal of Stress Management，和人口与发展等刊物。
