李代禧,浙江大学物理化学博士,美国南卡罗来纳大学生物医学工程学博士后,上海理工大学沪江特聘教授,鹏城国家实验室人工智能研究中心研究员,中国生物医学工程学会会员,中国生物工程学会计算生物学与生物信息学专委会会员,上海自由基医学与生物学专业委员会理事,上海东富龙科技股份有限公司院士专家工作站专家。国际期刊《Interdisciplinary Sciences -- Computational Life Sciences》、《Current Computer-Aided Drug Design》、《Computational Biomedicine》国际期刊青年编委,主要从事计算生物学。药物设计和人工智能方面的理论和实验研究,包括功能蛋白AI设计、蛋白酶优化设计、人工智能药物筛选和设计,食源性致病菌和肠道菌群的人工智能快速识别和定量检测研究、参与肠道菌群大数据解析与疾病早期诊断及肠道菌群宏基因组大数据自主分析平台的研发、食品和药品的冷冻干燥、菌种和活性蛋白的活性保护等等。主持及参与国家及省部级项目10余项。发表国际论文150余篇,获世界学术组织“Faculty Opinions”推荐论文1篇,ESI高被引论文1篇,申请专利2项,软件著作权5项,获省部级自然科学奖、科技进步奖二、三等2项、河北省科技成果奖1项。 其它代表性研究成果和学术奖励 (1) 李代禧,药品和人体活细胞冷冻干燥的设备研发、工艺优化及产业化, 中国机械工业联合会;中国机械工程学会, 科技进步, 省部二等奖, 2013 (2) 李代禧, 生物材料冷冻干燥设备的关键技术、工艺及其应用, 上海市人民政府, 科技进步, 其他, 2013 (3) 李代禧,河北省先进技术成果:奥拉西坦冻干粉针剂的增溶改性和工艺优化研究,1件 (4) 李代禧,小分子药物特定晶形的分子调控方法, ZL 2020 1 1411510.X.
