个人简介
李根喜,男,1965年 2月生,山东省嘉祥县人,国家杰出青年基金获得者。 1984~1994年,在南京大学化学系高分子化学、分析化学专业学习,分别获学士、硕士和博士学位,1994年6月在该校生化系做博士后,1996年5月出站并留生化系任教,1996~2000年为副教授,2001年为教授、博导,其中,1998~2000年分别在德国慕尼黑大学生物系、日本东北大学药学部、美国哈佛大学医学院生化与分子药学系作访问学者。1999.1~2010.5任南京大学生化系系主任,2006年任上海大学兼职教授,2008.11~2011.10任上海大学生命科学学院院长。主要从事生物分子识别与传感及定量分析方法的研究。已发表SCI论文230余篇,他引6500余次,参编《Encyclopedia of Sensors》”等丛书,并编写了《Electrochemical Analysis of Proteins and Cells》等专著,“基于蛋白质电化学发展新型生物传感器的研究”及“蛋白质定量及活性表征的电化学研究”分别于2010、2014年获教育部自然科学二等奖,“生物分子界面作用过程的机制、调控及生物分析应用研究”获2016年国家自然科学二等奖。 先后担任中国生物化学与分子生物学会理事会理事、蛋白质专业委员会副秘书长、副主任兼秘书长、中国生物物理学会理事会理事、中国仪器仪表学会化学传感器专业委员会委员。
