1985年 毕业于天津医科大学医学系获学士学位 1993年 博士研究生毕业并获博士学位 1998年 在美国罗切斯特梅奥医学中心进修学习 2000年至2002年 先后在美国纽约州立大学(SUNY)作高访学者和美国新泽西州立医学口腔大学(UMDNJ)做博士后研究 2004年 美国密歇根大学公共卫生学院进修 自1985年起 在天津市胸科医院、天津医科大学总医院、天津医科大学第二医院心脏科工作，历任住院医师、主治医师、科副主任、副教授、教授 2003年起 任天津医科大学第二医院心脏科教授、科主任、天津心脏病学研究所所长 现任 首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院心脏内科中心主任、心内科主任

擅长各种心血管疾病的诊治，特别是心血管重症抢救和复杂心律失常的临床治疗，以及冠心病及心律失常的介入诊疗、起搏器植入、危重心律失常和心力衰竭的器械治疗等。
