个人简介
满宝元,汉族,山东省平度市人,1961年11月生,中共党员,工学博士,教授,博士生导师。现任山东师范大学党委常委、副校长,负责本科教学、招生就业、学生创新创业、继续教育等方面工作;分管教务处、招生就业处、继续教育学院;协助分管学生工作。联系数学与统计学院、物理与电子科学学院。 1985年7月毕业于山东师范大学物理系,毕业后留校任教。1997年6月在山东大学光学系获博士学位。山东省物理学会监事会副主任,山东省激光学会常务理事。山东省有突出贡献的中青年专家,山东省优秀研究生指导教师,享受国务院政府特殊津贴。主要研究领域为激光与物质相互作用以及纳米薄膜材料的制备、表征和应用。主持国家自然科学基金5项、省部级项目10项。在Nature Communication,carbon, ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, Appl. Phys. Lett, Optics letters, Optics Express, Phys. Rev. B, Nanotechnology等学术期刊上发表SCI收录论文190余篇,引用2530余次,h指数为27,两篇论文入选“高被引论文”,一篇论文入选“热点论文”,获得国家发明专利6项。作为第一完成人曾获山东省自然科学一等奖。已指导培养博士生16名,硕士生43名,指导学生曾获山东省优秀博士论文。
