个人简介

2021年06月获得江苏大学机械工程专业工学博士学位。2021年07月就职于山东理工大学机械工程学院,激光高端制造研究中心成员。主要从事微/纳/光电子器件结构制造及关键物理行为研究,激光加工热学行为研究。主持山东省自然科学基金青年基金、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、江苏省研究生科研与实践创新计划,参与国家重点研发、国家自然科学基金等项目。在ACS APPL MATER INTER, MATER TODAY PHYS, APPL THERM ENG, APPL SURF SCI, INT COMMUN HEAT MASS等期刊发表学术论文40余篇,授权国家发明专利1件。 教育经历 2017.09-2021.06,江苏大学,机械工程学院,研究生/工学博士 2015.09-2017.07,江苏大学,机械工程学院,研究生/工学硕士 2011.09-2015.07,济南大学,机械工程学院,大学本科/工学学士 主持或参加科研项目情况 主持山东省自然科学基金青年基金、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、江苏省研究生科研与实践创新计划,参与国家重点研发、国家自然科学基金等项目
