1988年获得山东大学物理学学士学位 1991年获得山东大学凝聚态物理硕士学位 2001年获得山东大学凝聚态物理博士学位 1994年起在山东大学晶体材料研究院(晶体材料国家重点实验室)工作 2003年评聘为山东大学教授
研究领域
主要从事人工晶体生长和性能研究工作,包括激光晶体和器件、复合功能晶体和器件、压电/铁电晶体、饱和吸收材料探索等
