研究领域
1. 工业真菌蛋白表达和分泌机制研究,包括蛋白质折叠、内质网响应以及运输分泌的机制,特别是对异源蛋白表达调控的机制。2. 新型纤维素酶或组合酶系的研究,包括不同生境纤维素酶系的开发、酶系组合的设计以及纤维素降解酶的工程改造等。3. 食品微生物工程改良,包括黑曲霉低聚果糖合成菌工程改造与工艺优化、营养缺陷型遗传体系构建等。
