以重大农业害虫棉铃虫为材料,用分子生物学方法研究昆虫蜕皮与变态的分子机理,包括蜕皮激素信号转导途径、保幼激素信号途径、胰岛素信号途径、及这些途径之间的互作调控基因的表达、组织重建的分子机理。
