研究领域

肿瘤靶向诊疗,蛋白质工程,酶分子结构与功能 糖分子作为靶向分子,结合生物基纳米材料,构建疾病微环境的响应释药载体,用于疾病的诊断治疗 利用蛋白质工程技术,以原核、真核各种表达体系为平台,表达并研究具有重要生理功能的蛋白质,以获得蛋白类药物及重要工具酶 通过酶的定点突变和定向进化技术,获得特殊功能的糖苷酶,用于合成生物活性糖苷类化合物,并研究糖苷化合物的生理功能。
