研究领域

主要定位在环境微生物与合成生物学技术开发上开展研究。在环境微生物方向,目前主要在研究异养细菌硫氧化,其中涉及途径的挖掘、关键基因的功能分析、元素硫介导的细胞间通讯及其对细胞生理的影响、及H2S生物处理等;在生物技术方向上,主要是建立或改进微生物遗传操作的方法,并且对发现的新机理进行深入探究。
