研究领域
利用合成生物学方法对细胞工厂代谢网络进行重新设计、构建和调控,实现高效碳转化效率的人工途径的构建。 开发动态调控元件及代谢物生物传感器,用于途径代谢流的精确调节。 以微生物为细胞工厂生产生物可降解塑料、生物基化合物及5-氨基乙酰丙酸、N-乙酰神经氨酸等高附加值产品。
