1987年于山东师范大学生物系获学士学位; 1990年于山东师范大学生物系获硕士学位; 1990.07-2000.07于原山东医科大学药学院工作; 2000.07-至今于山东大学药学院工作 (2002.06于北京大学药学院获博士学位,2005.12-2009.6于山东大学药学院开展博士后研究,2014.07晋升教授)。
研究领域
1.中药饮片炮制工艺及其炮制机理研究:中药必须经过炮制才能入药,炮制是传统中药制药技术,也是保障中药安全有效的关键环节。本研究主要通过对比炮制前后化学成分和生理活性的变化,揭示传统炮制工艺的科学性和局限性,为提高中药饮片质量、开发新的炮制工艺奠定基础。 2.中药材产地加工工艺及其加工机理研究:新收获的中药材需要产地加工,如干燥处理,不同药材传统干燥工艺存在较大差异,本研究主要探讨其干燥动力学规律,以及干燥对其产品质量的影响。 3.中药新药和保健食品的研究与开发:根据市场需要,研究和开发现代中药新药和保健食品。
