研究领域

真菌底盘细胞的分子生物学和合成生物学研究、微生物酶资源的挖掘与鉴定。主要研究内容包括:(1)真菌纤维素酶合成与分泌调控机制的研究及遗传改造;(2)微生物酶资源的挖掘、功能鉴定与改造;(3)酶蛋白产物的真菌细胞工厂的设计、构建与适配性优化。
