1995年本科毕业于中国科学技术大学,获材料物理学士学位 1998年获凝聚态物理硕士学位 2004年获美国休斯敦大学材料工程博士学位 2006年至今在山东大学晶体材料国家重点实验室及新一代半导体材料研究院工作

研究领域

主要从事宽带隙半导体晶体材料及器件,高性能MEMS谐振传感器等研究工作
