1979—1983 山东大学化学系，获理学学士学位。 1983—1986 山东大学化学系，获理学硕士学位；导师杨孔章教授； 研究方向，吸附与表面化学。 1986—1995 留校工作，先后任助教，讲师，副教授 1995—1999在德国DarmstadtUniversity of Technology 攻读博士学位，导师 Hans-Friedrich Klein教授；研究方向，金属有机化学；1999年10 月获理学博士学位。 1999—2002在德国Philipps-Universityof Marburg从事博士后研究，导师Joerg Sundermeyer 教授,研究方向：金属有机化学, 均相催化。 2002年起，山东大学化学与化工学院教授，有机化学专业 博士生指导教师。
