个人简介

李子聪,2014年在新加坡国立大学获得博士学位,2014-2018年在中国科学院上海植物逆境生物学研究中心做博士后,主要从事植物表观遗传学机制的研究。现为山东大学“杰出中青年”特聘教授,国家高层次青年人才和山东省“杰出青年基金”获得者,山东省植物生理与分子生物学学会理事,博士生导师。 近年来先后在Nature Genetics, Nature Plants, Molecular Plant, Plant Physiology, Trends in Genetics等杂志发表高水平文章十余篇。

研究领域

本课题组以模式植物拟南芥为研究材料,利用细胞学,遗传学,分子生物学,基因组学,生物信息学等研究方法,对表观遗传调控生物细胞分裂分化,激素信号应答和环境因子相应的分子机理进行研究。
