学习经历 1983年9月~1987年7月:山东大学化学系,获学士学位; 1990年9月~1993年7月:山东医科大学药学系,获硕士学位; 1997年9月~2000年7月:山东大学数学院,获生物数学博士 2006-2007美国波士顿 Northeastern University, 访问学者。 工作经历 1993年9月~2000年9月:山东大学生物医学研究中心单位,讲师; 2000年9月~2007年9月:山东大学药学院,副教授; 2007年9月~至今:山东大学药学院, 教授

研究领域

1. 靶向纳米制剂的研究 主要进行抗癌药物靶向纳米制剂的研究。研究了Pluronic/PEG-PE、Pluronic/TPGS混合胶束系统对紫杉醇和喜树碱的增溶作用以及体外细胞毒性研究,并取得一定成果。此外在聚离子复合物胶束的制备及应用,脂质体给药系统,纳米粒给药系统等方面都进行了广泛研究。 2. 两亲性材料的合成研究 主要研究生物相容性两亲性材料。研究了以普朗尼克为主的两亲性材料:普朗尼克-壳聚糖聚合物、普朗尼克-聚乙烯亚胺聚合物、普朗尼克-叶酸聚合物等。 3. 靶向药物动力学研究 主要开展靶向药物动力学模型的设计以及药物动力学刻划。
