研究领域
糖胺聚糖药物的生物法合成研究。基于糖胺聚糖的体内生物合成途径,采用多步酶促反应为主、温和的化学修饰为辅的组合策略,合成不同链长和修饰模式的肝素、硫酸软骨素分子及其衍生物,以发现具有抗血栓、抗肿瘤、抗炎和抗AD作用的糖胺聚糖创新药物。 蛋白质多肽药物的结构修饰研究。以合理改造的活性多糖或寡糖为修饰剂,采用化学或酶法策略对蛋白质多肽进行结构修饰,以期得到稳定性、体内半衰期、靶向性及入胞能力显著改善的糖-蛋白质多肽缀合物,提升蛋白质多肽药物的治疗效果。 糖分析研究与产品研发。主要涉及天然活性多糖的结构解析,微量多组分寡糖的分离分析与鉴定,肝素与低分子量肝素精细结构解析与一致性评价研究。
