研究领域
主要研究方向为智能化、自动化的特种约束电弧焊接/增材制造基础理论与成套装备,涉及高效焊接过程的视觉检测与闭环控制、特种改型电弧焊接设备及工艺、机器人/自动化焊接装备、基于弧焊的高效3D打印技术等,将基础理论研究与工业生产相结合。 水下湿法焊接物理过程视觉检测、调控与数值模拟; 基于深度学习算法的穿孔等离子弧焊接熔透预测与智能控制; 面向大厚度钢板的旋转电弧窄间隙钨极氩弧焊接新方法、新原理与新装备; 强制约束电弧增材制造新技术。
