研究领域
主要研究方向:酵母合成生物学、代谢工程 利用微生物合成重要的化工产品、医药产品等,对于替代化学法合成、促进低碳环保、实现资源的可持续利用具有重要意义。具体研究方向为: 1. 重要天然产物、生物基化合物、生物燃料等的生物合成 通过代谢工程、合成生物学技术,构建高效的酵母细胞工厂,合成天然药物、保健品、香料、有机酸等重要的化合物 2.合成生物学调控元器件的设计和构建 开发基于CRISPR的调控元件、代谢物响应的生物传感元件等用于微生物的动态调控 2. 开发新的基因编辑和微生物进化的方法
