教育经历 1999年09月~2004年07月在中国科学院生态环境研究中心研究生学习,获理学博士学位 1995年09月~1999年07月在山东师范大学化学系本科学习,获理学学士学位 工作经历 2008年01月~至今,在山东大学国家糖工程技术研究中心工作,主要从事活性糖分子合成与性质研究 2014年09月~2015年08月,在美国Wayne State大学进行访学研究,从事抗菌糖蛋白缀合物疫苗研制工作 2004年08月~2007年12月,在加拿大Simon Fraser大学从事博士后研究,从事糖苷酶抑制剂设计与合成以及糖蛋白缀合物制备与活性研究工作

研究领域

本课题组研究方向是基于活性糖分子化合物的设计、合成以及性质研究,进而筛选糖类药物分子,包括(1)基于具有重要生物活性的天然寡糖片段以及含有糖结构的功能分子的合成,进行构效关系研究;(2)基于癌变细胞表面的糖抗原来制备相应的寡糖疫苗或糖蛋白疫苗,进行抗菌类、抗肿瘤类糖药物筛选研究。
