个人简介
丁兆军,2003年于中国科学院植物研究所获博士学位,2004年至2011年先后在德国和比利时从事博士后研究。2011年9月被聘为山东大学“齐鲁学者”特聘教授。国家特支计划领军人才、国家海外高层次青年人才、国家优秀青年科学基金、山东省泰山学者特聘教授、山东省杰出青年科学基金、青岛市创业创新领军人才获得者。获得山东大学优秀博士后合作导师、山东大学优秀共产党员和二十大山东省高校党代表等荣誉称号。兼任山东大学“植物发育与环境适应生物学教育部重点实验室”主任,中国植物生理与植物分子生物学学会常务理事、中国植物学会理事、中国遗传学会理事、中国植物生理与植物分子生物学学会细胞与发育生物学分会会长、中国细胞学会植物器官分会副会长、中国植物学会青年工作委员会委员、中国植物学会外事工作委员会委员、山东遗传学会副理事长、山东植物学会副理事长、山东植物生理学会学术副理事长、山东植物学会和山东植物生理学会常务理事;兼任Frontiers in Plant Science副主编、New Crops副主编、 J Integr Plant Biol.、Plant Cell&Environment、New Phytologist和植物学报编委,F1000/H1Connect资深评论专家。
研究领域
以拟南芥、玉米和大豆等作物为材料, 综合利用细胞生物学、分子生物学、生物化学及遗传学等技术手段,研究:1)植物根的可塑性生长发育及逆境适应机理;2)大豆根瘤固氮的分子机理。主持包括国家重点研发计划,国家基金重点项目等十余项国家级课题,相关成果先后在Molecular Plant, Science Advances, Nature Communications, EMBO Journal, Advanced Science, EMBO Reports, Cell Reports,PNAS,Plant Cell,Plant Biotechnology Journal, New Phytologist, Plant Physiology, Plant Journal等学术主流期刊发表90多篇学术论文,被引用7800多次,多篇为ESI高被引或被F1000/H1Connect推荐,部分成果获2020年山东省自然科学一等奖。应邀多次在国际著名综述性期刊Trends in Plant Science撰写论文,其中一篇被收录于Cell的 “2015聚焦中国植物科学”。
