个人简介
白明义,2000年山西农业大学本科毕业,2003年沈阳农业大学获硕士学位,2007年中国科学院植物研究所获博士学位,随后到美国Carnegie Institution for Science做博士后研究,2014年5月到山东大学工作。现为山东大学特聘教授,国家杰出青年基金、国家海外高层次青年人才和山东省杰出青年基金获得者。担任山东大学生命科学学院副院长,植物发育与环境适应生物学教育部重点实验室副主任,《New Crops》、《Frontier in Plant Science》和《植物学报》等杂志编委,中国植物学会分子生物学会委员,中国细胞生物学会植物细胞生物学会会委员,山东植物生理与分子生物学常务理事。
研究领域
以模式植物拟南芥和粮食作物小麦为材料,利用遗传学、生物化学、基因组学、蛋白组学、生物信息学等多学科理论和方法,研究植物氮营养高效的分子机制:1) 激素调控植物氮营养高效的分子机制;2) 激素调控植物碳-氮代谢平衡的分子机制;3) 激素调控小麦氮高效利用的菌根互作机制。近年来先后在Nature Plants, Nature Communications, Plant Cell等杂志发表30余篇高水平研究论文,多篇文章被Nature Plants 和Plant Cell发专文评述,多篇文章被ESI收录为高被引论文。
